They determine the rules of access to the Site and its conditions of use that any user acknowledges accepting, without reservation by the mere fact of his connection to the Site.

Hopscotch Congrès reserves the right, at any time, to modify, add to or delete, and more generally to update, all or part of these conditions of use. Hopscotch Congrès will inform each visitor to the Site (the « User ») of any changes made to these conditions of use.

If the User does not comply with these terms of use and Hopscotch Congrès does not take immediate action in this regard, this does not mean that Hopscotch Congrès waives its rights to take further action.

The purpose of the Site is to provide information relating to the activity and news associated with the Mondial de Paris and to register for events.

The information appearing on the Site is indicative and general and in no way exhaustive.

Hopscotch Congrès reserves the right to correct, at any time and without notice, the content of the Site or to suspend or interrupt access to it. Despite all the care and rigour taken in the creation of the Site and its regular updating, errors may have crept into the information presented. Users of the Site will therefore carry out all necessary checks and are solely responsible for the use they make of the information accessible, without Hopscotch Congrès being held liable.

Hopscotch Congrès makes every effort to provide Users with available and verified information and/or tools but cannot be held responsible for errors, lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on its site.

The User of the Site acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use the said website.

The User of the Site acknowledges having checked that the computer configuration used does not contain any virus and that it is in perfect working order.

The User must not use the Site or its content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use, or with a view to encouraging any illegal activity or any other activity infringing the rights of Hopscotch Congrès or third parties.

The User is not authorised to use devices, programmes, algorithms or other automatic methods to access, acquire, copy or monitor any part of the Site, nor to reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site in order to obtain data, documents or information from it. The User may only extract and/or re-use data, documents or information from the Site where this has been expressly authorised.

The User must not attempt to gain illicit access to any section or functionality of the Site, or to any other system or network connected to the Site, or to the services offered on the Site, by hacking or any other illegitimate means.

The User must not attempt to analyse or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, nor breach the security and authentication measures implemented on the Site or networks connected to the Site. The User is not authorised to question or trace information on the other Users, or the customers of lHopscotch Congrès, in particular any User account of which it is not the holder or its source, nor to exploit the Site or the services or information made available via the Site, in any manner whatsoever, with the aim of revealing this information, in particular personal identification information or information other than its own information, such as it appears on the Site.

The User undertakes not to take any measure which would impose an excessive or unreasonable load on the infrastructure of the Site or of the systems or networks of Hopscotch Congrès, or of any system or network connected to the Site or to Hopscotch Congrès.

The User agrees not to use any device or software to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction conducted on the Site or the use of the Site by any other person.

The User must not attempt to forge headers or manipulate identifiers in any way to disguise the origin of a message or transmission sent to Hopscotch Congrès via the Site, or of a service offered via the Site. The User must not pretend to be or represent someone else, nor impersonate another natural or legal person.

Hopscotch Congrès reserves the right, at any time, to modify or interrupt temporarily or permanently the use of this Site and cannot be held responsible for these changes, suspensions or interruptions. Hopscotch Congrès also declines all responsibility for malfunctions or interruptions in the use of the Site due to a power cut, a failure of the telephone lines and/or the Internet, or any harmful event beyond its control.

Hopscotch Congrès cannot be held responsible for elements beyond their control and for any damage suffered by the User’s technical environment and in particular his computers, software, network equipment and any other equipment used to use the Site and/or the information contained therein.

Transmissions via the Internet network are never totally confidential or secure and it is the responsibility of each User to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software from contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet.

The User undertakes to indemnify and hold Hopscotch Congrès harmless against any loss or claim following actions initiated by third parties due to, or in connection with, his or her own use of the Site.

Hopscotch Congrès endeavours to keep this Site up to date. Nevertheless, Hopscotch Congrès cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information made available.

The creation of hypertext links to the Site is subject to the prior and express agreement of Hopscotch Congrès.

The Site may contain hypertext links to other Internet sites. The existence of a hypertext link between the Site and a third party site does not in any way mean that Hopscotch Congrès approves of the content of this site or the use that may be made of it, and shall not, under any circumstances, incur its liability. Users visit other sites at their own risk and under their own responsibility.

Hopscotch Congrès cannot be held responsible for access by users to hypertext links set up within the framework of the website leading to other resources on the Internet.

These elements are the exclusive property of Hopscotch Congrès or are given to it under licence and Hopscotch Congrès are the only authorised users.

Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, of the pages, data and any other element of the Site, by any process or medium whatsoever, as well as their alteration, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorisation of Hopscotch Congrès, and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

The trademarks of Hopscotch Congrès and its partners, as well as the logos appearing on the site are semi-figurative or not and are registered. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos made from elements of the site without the express permission of the operator of the website is therefore prohibited, within the meaning of Article L.713-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.
