- Purpose of the GCU :
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter « GTCU ») define the contractual framework of the relationship between Hopscotch Congrès and the user of the mondial.paris website (hereinafter the « Website »). They determine the rules of access to the Site and its conditions of use that any user acknowledges accepting, without reservation by the mere fact of his connection to the Site.
Hopscotch Congrès reserves the right, at any time, to modify, add to or delete, and more generally to update, all or part of these conditions of use. Hopscotch Congrès will inform each visitor to the Site (the « User ») of any changes made to these conditions of use.
If the User does not comply with these terms of use and Hopscotch Congrès does not take immediate action in this regard, this does not mean that Hopscotch Congrès waives its rights to take further action.

- Commitment of the User:
The User of the Site acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use the said website.

Failing this, the Courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal will have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of the GTCU, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims, which the User acknowledges by accepting these terms and conditions.
