ACCESS > How does access to the MONDIAL DE L’AUTO 2022 work?
When you buy your ticket(s), you will be asked to choose a time slot.
The entrance to the MONDIAL DE L’AUTO 2022 will only be possible within this 1 hour time slot.
It is imperative that your ticket is scanned for the first time in your slot.
The ticket will not be valid before. Please be patient.
The ticket will not be valid after that. In this case, you will have to pay the admission fee again to obtain a new ticket at the ticket booths located in Pavilion 3, depending on availability and at the current rate.
Please take the necessary steps to arrive in your slot.

ACCESS > Why do we operate with slots?
The slot system allows us to do everything possible to :
• ensure the smoothest possible passage through the security checks that will be in force
• ensure that you can visit the different Pavilions in good conditions to fully enjoy the MONDIAL DE L’AUTO 2022 experience.
ACCESS > When will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket will not be sent at the time of ordering. It will be sent to you a few days before WORLD CARS 2022. The ticket will be made available to you via a link sent to your mailbox.
When you order, you will receive a confirmation and a proof of your purchase.
To reassure you, you will receive regularly from the MONDIAL a reminder by email of your purchase until the day of the sending of your ticket.
ACCESS > Is it necessary to print my ticket?
No, you can use your ticket dematerialized, it’s better for the planet, and have the QR code present in your smartphone scanned when you arrive at the show. Remember to recharge your phone beforehand 😉
ACCESS > Ticket control
Your ticket will be systematically checked at the entrance and exit of each Pavilion. Come on, we say it again: Remember to recharge your phone beforehand! (Recharging stations will also be available at the exhibition)
ACCESS > Invalidity of the ticket
It’s simple. During the scan by our authorized agents: it’s green, you pass, it’s red…you don’t go any further. The cases of a “red scan” :
• you have most likely unintentionally passed on a copy of your ticket to someone who is scanned before you and who would manage to bypass the identity check. First come, first served! Your ticket cannot be in two places at the same time, so too bad for you. A simple rule: Do not share your ticket.
• you show up early or late for your slot.
• you are “definitely” out, in which case your ticket is no longer valid.
• you did not respect the official passages between the pavilions. In this case your ticket has not been scanned when leaving Pavilion X to Pavilion Y and is considered to be still present inside the Pavilions. We come back to point 1.
• you have purchased a ticket through an unofficial channel… (see ” BUYING > Where can you buy a ticket for the 2022 MONDIAL DE L ‘AUTO?)
Please note: no entry is possible with luggage (see “ACCESS > Can I enter with luggage?”)
ACCESS > Can I leave the lounge and come back later?
If you leave the lounge, you will not be allowed to return. Any exit is final. It’s just like at the museum!
ACCESS > What is the recommended length of visit?
In order to allow you to get organized, we think that 4 hours will be enough for you to visit all the Pavilions 3-4 and 6.
Allow an extra hour if you want to test drive one of our partners’ vehicles that will be on display.
ACCESS > Can I bring my luggage?
No. Access with luggage is strictly prohibited even if you have a valid ticket. This is not to annoy you. It’s for your safety first and foremost and to make the controls more fluid and limit waiting time.
Only the following items are allowed: handbag and backpack.
The following items are strictly forbidden and will be confiscated permanently:
No free luggage storage is provided on site.
ACCESS > Can I bring a baby in a stroller?
Although we believe that this is not the most suitable place for a small child, you are allowed to bring a baby as long as you take a free 0-6 year old ticket, which must be presented at the reception.
If you don’t want to/can’t use a baby carrier, city strollers are accepted. Please note that Pavilion 6 is equipped with a baby lounge in bathroom 611.

Tickets can only be purchased online at www.mondial.paris
No other platform is authorized to offer tickets for the MONDIAL 2022.
As the number of tickets is limited, we strongly advise you to buy your tickets online.
The purchase on site will be possible subject to availability and at a higher price.
A ticket office will be at your disposal during the opening hours of the exhibition but it is possible that the daily capacity is full and that no place is available the same day or on the desired slot.

Each ticket includes free access to the test center within the limits of available seats.
For disabled persons requiring the presence of an accompanying person:

PURCHASE > Can I buy 2 tickets in my name and give it to the person of my choice?
No. The ticket is nominative.
When checking your ticket, you will be asked to show proof of identity.
If the name of the ticket holder is different from the name on the ID card, the ticket will be invalidated and access will be denied.
PURCHASE > Is my ticket exchangeable or refundable?
No. Your ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
However, you can purchase cancellation insurance when you buy your ticket.
This subscription can only be done at the time of purchase of your ticket.

The host site offers “fast food” outlets in the Pavilions.
The Pavilions are large, you will be walking, so bring something to give you some energy: an apple for example, a small bottle of water (less than or equal to 33Cl)!

The MONDIAL DE L’AUTO 2022 teams are committed to implement the sanitary measures that will be in force during the 2022 edition of the show.
VARIOUS TOPICS > What are the security measures in place?
Physiognomists will be present at all entrances and inside the pavilions. Visitors will have to open their coats and bags when they enter. In addition to the bag check, in case of metal detection by the security guards, a security pat-down will be systematically performed. Vehicles may be inspected by security personnel at the park entrances.

Pets are not allowed at the Porte de Versailles, even if they are on a leash.
In any case, it would be a stressful place for them. They will be much happier waiting for you at home, in your garden or at Grandma’s.

If you or someone you know feels unwell, go to the information point in the Pavilion if you can or directly to the infirmary. Otherwise, the emergency teams will arrive to take care of you.
